- Cancellation Policy -
Motel Rooms, RV & Tent Sites
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of their deposit, minus a $35 admin fee per room/unit/RV site (or $30 for tent sites). If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of your deposit. A cancellation 2-1 days prior to arrival no refund will be issued. A no-show or a cancellation on the date of your arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at the property. You will be charged for the entire stay and your reservation will be cancelled. Please communicate with us so we can work with your situation.​
Pet Policy
Glacier National Park
Glacier National Park has a strict pet policy, we recommend you review their policy before you decide to travel with your pet. You can find their policy link below:

Beargrass Motels, Cabins, and Houses
Beargrass Lodging Cabins and Motel rooms are NOT pet friendly. Only RV and Tent guests are allowed pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Beargrass RV & Tents
RV Guests will need to adhere to the following Pet Policy:

Any person with a pet showing aggressive behavior towards other animals or persons will be asked to leave without a refund.

Excessive barking or multiple complaints from guests will result in one warning, if repeated you will be asked to leave early with no refund.

Pets must be on a controlled leash no longer than 6' at all times when not within your RV.

RV guests must contain pets in their RV if leaving the premises. Pets are not allowed to be tied up and left outside.

Beargrass Lodge
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus a $35 processing fee. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, there will be no refund. Guests are required to have the room paid in full within 30 days of arrival. The credit card on file is charged automatically 30 days prior to check-in.
Early Departure & Damage Policy
It is the responsibility of the guest to confirm the correct dates were selected and paid for at check-in. Once check-in is complete there are no refunds for early departures or date changes. Guests may be charged an additional fee for excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement of missing items from rooms or RV sites after check-out. Thank you!
RV PARK RULES

RV sites accommodate RV/Trailer plus one vehicle, additional vehicles must make prior arrangements when booking.​​

The following activities are prohibited in the RV Park:

Wood fires are not allowed, propane and solo stoves allowed when county has no fire ban.

Self-Repairs, tire rotation, oil changes, etc.

Generators

Trash or garbage cans outside of the RV

Fireworks

No rugs on grass
